at Briley Township Park on the beautiful Thunder Bay River in Atlanta, Michigan

All Bluegrass musicians welcome!

No entry fee for spectators. A free will donation to the festival fund in the "big orange bucket" is accepted and appreciated to help with expenses. Bring your own lawn chair.

Vendors welcome. Advance reservations required for vendors, call Luanne at 989-306-0400 or email to bluegrassinthepark@yahoo.com for information. All vendor reservations must be complete before July 1 or will not be accepted.

Individual competitions in banjo, fiddle, guitar and mandolin.  Cash prizes in individual competitions donated by Atlanta Veterinary Clinic, First Choice Real Estate and Gordon Ferguson Construction: Adult 1st place $100., 2nd place $75.; Teen 1st place $50., 2nd place $25.; Youth 1st place $25., 2nd place $15.  To pre-register for individual competitions (recommended), mail copy of competition entry form with money order or certified check to:

Camping: Camping is by reservation, is site specific and must be paid for at the time
    reservation is made. Limited dry camping with electric:$50 for weekend (Thurs-Sun). Without electric: $25. for weekend. No refunds! Call Luanne at 989-306-0400 or email bluegrassinthepark@yahoo.com for reservations. Reservations and payment must be complete before July 25.
We only have two 35' electric site, ten 25' electric sites, three 40' electric sites, and five non-electric sites left for 2010, the rest have been reserved and paid for.

Absolutely no ground fires!


Hotels, restaurants and taverns within walking distance.  Clear Lake State Park 10 miles north on M33.

 Please Note: Bluegrass in the Park is a family event, therefore families with children are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Alcohol is not sold on the grounds and we respectfully request those who choose to partake do so responsibly as not to offend.
